Terms of Service

These terms and conditions govern the use of mobile dog grooming services provided by Ms Elaines Mobile Dog Spa LLC. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services: We provide mobile dog grooming services at locations specified by the client.
2. Appointments: Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
3. Payments: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other agreed forms of payment.
4. Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Health and Safety: Dogs must be in good health and up-to-date on vaccinations. We reserve the right to refuse service to aggressive or unsafe dogs.
6. Liability: We take all reasonable precautions but are not liable for injuries or damages caused by dogs during grooming.
7. Consent: By using our services, you consent to our grooming practices and handling of your dog.
8. Privacy: We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
9. Changes: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
